In the heart of Florence, a lesson to discover how to make some of the most famous recipes of traditional Italian pastry.

Your Chef-teacher will show you how to prepare:

-Cantucci of Prato with almonds, delectable Tuscan biscuits that can be eaten by themselves or dunked in a small glass of Vin Santo;

-Sicilian cannoli, which involves the use of fresh ricotta, candied fruit and fine flakes od chocolate;

-Neapolitan pastiera, based on cooked wheat, fresh ricotta flavoured with cinnamon, vanilla and deliciously scented orange-flower water.

Lunch in a friendly atmosphere.

Please note that children under 8 are not admitted.
